Housing (Affordable housing, multi-res, second residences on properties, etc.
Expansion of town/village boundaries or use of surplus land, lands on roads with existing services (gas/water/hydro) via in-fill severances.

Investment in core services to ensure that everyone in the municipality has access to affordable housing, healthcare, education, and a safe community.
This comes at a cost but, absolutely, worth the investment.
